What it Means in Practice
CSR runs through how we operate day to day. Our people are empowered to work in line with each client's own business plans and targets, following UK and cleaning-industry regulations, protecting the welfare of our employees, and working in harmony with the communities around them. It gives us a consistent framework for reviewing our values, policies and practices — showing us where we're performing well, where to realign, and where our people need extra support.
